Cashew Basil Cream Sauce

  • 3 cup cashews
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp olive oil
  • 9 whole basil leaves
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 4.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in boiling water for 10-20 minutes
  2. Drain & add all ingredients to a blender
  3. Process until smooth
