- 3 cup cashews
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp olive oil
- 9 whole basil leaves
- 3 clove garlic
- 4.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Soak cashews in boiling water for 10-20 minutes
- Drain & add all ingredients to a blender
- Process until smooth
