- 2/3 cup cashews soaked
- 6 tbsp sunflower seeds soaked
- 4 tbsp dates, pitted soaked
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Soak the nuts & dates in boiling hot water for ~15 minutes
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
