- 1 package pasta
- 1 whole red onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 7 half sun dried tomatoes
- 1.25 cup water
- 1 tsp bouillion
- 8 tbsp pine nuts toasted
- 1.5 tsp tahini
- 2 tsp miso
- 4 cup kale chopped
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- .5 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp basil
- .25 tsp oregano
- .25 tsp thyme
- .25 tsp coriander
- .5 tsp sage
- .5 tsp salt
- .25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta
- Mix spices in a small bowl
- Cook finely diced onions with a small amount of oil
- Add garlic, saute ~30 seconds
- Add spices & cook until fragrant
- Add other ingredients except kale & pine nuts. Heat to boiling then lower to simmer.
- Add kale and cook until wilted
- Add pasta and pine nuts
