  • 1 package pasta
  • 1 whole red onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 7 half sun dried tomatoes
  • 1.25 cup water
  • 1 tsp bouillion
  • 8 tbsp pine nuts toasted
  • 1.5 tsp tahini
  • 2 tsp miso
  • 4 cup kale chopped
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • .5 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp basil
  • .25 tsp oregano
  • .25 tsp thyme
  • .25 tsp coriander
  • .5 tsp sage
  • .5 tsp salt
  • .25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta
  2. Mix spices in a small bowl
  3. Cook finely diced onions with a small amount of oil
  4. Add garlic, saute ~30 seconds
  5. Add spices & cook until fragrant
  6. Add other ingredients except kale & pine nuts. Heat to boiling then lower to simmer.
  7. Add kale and cook until wilted
  8. Add pasta and pine nuts
