Preheat Temperature

350° Farenheit

  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup coffee/tea (or more milk)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut sugar & monkfruit
  • 4 tbsp baking cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Frosting
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ~1/4 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ℉
  2. Line or spray pans, dust with cocoa
  3. Mix all wet ingredients
  4. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth with mixer
  5. Divide evenly into pans
  6. Bake 25 - 40 minutes
  7. While cakes are baking, make frosting
  8. Frost cooled cake
