Preheat Temperature
350° Farenheit
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup coffee/tea (or more milk)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/3 cup coconut sugar & monkfruit
- 4 tbsp baking cocoa (unsweetened)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Frosting
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 1/2 - 3 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ~1/4 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉
- Line or spray pans, dust with cocoa
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth with mixer
- Divide evenly into pans
- Bake 25 - 40 minutes
- While cakes are baking, make frosting
- Frost cooled cake
