Vegan Cheese Fondue

  • 3/4 cup wine
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup soy milk can sub with almond milk
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp minced
  • 1-2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 cup cashews soaked

Instructions

  1. When cashews have soaked, blend all ingredients
  2. Add to pot & cook ~5 minutes
