Preheat Temperature
400° Farenheit
- 2 cup gluten free flour
- 2 cup almond flour
- 4 tbsp corn starch
- 6 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk canned
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Mix milk & lemon juice & let sit 5 minutes
- Cut oil into dry mix with pastry cutter
- Add liquids. It should make a semi-sticky dough.
- Add milk or flour as needed to adjust
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface, pat out to 1" thick.
- Cut into circles or hearts
- Place together on lined baking sheets
- Bake at 400F for 17 minutes
- Serve with sliced berries and whipped cream or ice cream
