Preheat Temperature

400° Farenheit

  • 2 cup gluten free flour
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • 6 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk canned
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Mix all dry ingredients
  3. Mix milk & lemon juice & let sit 5 minutes
  4. Cut oil into dry mix with pastry cutter
  5. Add liquids. It should make a semi-sticky dough.
  6. Add milk or flour as needed to adjust
  7. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface, pat out to 1" thick.
  8. Cut into circles or hearts
  9. Place together on lined baking sheets
  10. Bake at 400F for 17 minutes
  11. Serve with sliced berries and whipped cream or ice cream
