- 14 oz noodles fettucini or pad thai
- 14 oz tofu (one block)
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or tamari, or soy sauce)
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar (more if using soy sauce or tamari)
- 16 oz brocolli
- 6 whole garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- steam the broccoli
- cook the noodles until soft
- combine soy sauce, water & brown sugar
- fry the tofu until golden
- reduce heat to medium then add garlic & cook until beginning to color (less than a minute)
- add sauce, broccoli & noodles & toss until coated with sauce. cook ~4 minutes
