Preheat Temperature
350° Farenheit
- 2 cup almond flour
- 2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup aquafaba
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Whisk wet ingredients to combine, then add to dry mix.
- Stir until combined. Add more flour or water if too wet or dry.
- Scoop in 2 Tbsp. amounts onto baking sheets, flatten to disc shapes.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Change oven temperature to 375 and bake another 4 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes before moving.
