- 10 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 2 whole bell peppers sliced thin
- 6 whole green onion
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 16 oz spaghetti (or fettucini or ramen)
- 3 cup water
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 whole lime juice of
- peanuts
- 4 whole carrots chopped thin
Instructions
- Saute oil, garlic & ginger until they start to change color
- Add veggies including green onion & toss to combine
- Separately, whisk soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sriracha, peanut butter & salt & add to the Instapot
- Add noodles & water. Water should just cover the noodles.
- Seal and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
- Add lime juice, cilantro and crushed peanuts & serve
