- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 1/4 cup bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dill tiny bit
Instructions
- Mash chickpeas with potato masher until flakey texture
- Stir in everything else
- Taste & adjust if desired
