  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dill tiny bit

Instructions

  1. Mash chickpeas with potato masher until flakey texture
  2. Stir in everything else
  3. Taste & adjust if desired
