- 3/4 cup wine
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup soy milk can sub with almond milk
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp minced
- 1-2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 cup cashews soaked
Instructions
- When cashews have soaked, blend all ingredients
- Add to pot & cook ~5 minutes
