  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, natural
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Add water as necessary until it stays together.
  2. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls. Store in fridge.
