- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, natural
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add wet ingredients and stir until incorporated. Add water as necessary until it stays together.
- Chill for 20 minutes.
- Roll into 1 inch balls. Store in fridge.
